Weddings at Meynell Langley

civil-weddingMeynell Langley Hall makes an exceptional setting for independent weddings.  If you are looking for a distinctive country mansion wedding venue with amazing views, finely furnished rooms, open fires and a warm welcome, consider bringing your guests to our exclusive manor house in Derbyshire.

Civil marriage and partnership ceremonies followed by photographs, and perhaps drinks and canapes, are perfect in the house and grounds, whilst celebrations going on into the evening can take place in a marquee on the lawn.

We are an independent wedding and reception venue. We don’t offer packages! You simply hire the venue, and have the freedom to arrange your day as you choose. Come to Meynell Langley for part of your wedding day, or for all of it.

Meynell Langley Hall is a Regency country mansion house with extensive lawns surrounded by beautiful woodland and rural Derbyshire parkland. It was built in 1805 and continues to be a family home.

Meynell Langley has two rooms registered for civil wedding ceremonies: the Drawing room and the Library.

By bringing together your choice of Wedding Service professionals, you can create exactly the ambience you want for your wedding day.
