Organisations and groups are welcome to arrange a visit to the farm.  Visits are tailored to allow groups of adults or children to explore their chosen aspects of the farm.  A typical visit lasts about two hours and involves a short introductory talk and safety briefing followed by a farm tour and perhaps a hands-on activity.

groupVisits are open to groups of 6 to 30 people, and are free of charge.

If you are involved in a Scouting or Guiding organisation, a hobby group such as rambling, photography, art or history, a conservation or environmental group, a youth group or any general interest organisation such as the WI, a visit to a working organic farm could make an interesting and enjoyable outing for your members.

Visits are led by Godfrey Meynell, who has a degree in Agriculture and Forestry and twenty years experience as an organic farmer, and by Helen Meynell, who is a qualified teacher.  Both Helen and Godfrey have attended CEVAS training, and are accustomed to taking groups of adults and children round the farm.  Risk Assessments are available, updated for each specific group visit.

Contact Helen Meynell for all group visit enquiries.
